Evening Prayer – 30 January 2018

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

On this night, O Lord, I continue to pray

For those who mourn that they may be comforted

For the continued healing of a friend’s brother

For a nation that seems to have lost its way

For a broken political process

For leaders that they might find their compassion

For your church that she may witness to your redeeming love

In your mercy, hear this prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
