Evening Prayer – 29 January 2018

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

A family that is dear to me mourns this night, Lord

Guide them through the Valley of the Shadows

Strengthen and sustain them as they mourn

Another family worries and prays

For a loved one being cared for by a trauma team

In the midst of it all, we pray Lord

For your comfort

For your guidance

For your strength

For your healing

In your mercy, hear this prayer on their behalf

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
