Evening Prayer – 26 January 2018

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

For your presence, Lord, we give you thanks

For your light shining in the darkness, we give you thanks

As the weekend begins we prepare

To walk with loved ones through the Valley of the Shadows

To celebrate life, love, and faith

We also prepare to support an organization

An organization which makes a difference in our community

In the midst of the ups and downs in life, Lord

We give you thanks for your love and your presence

In your mercy, Lord, hear this prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
