Evening Prayer – 24 January 2018

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

When exhaustion sets in and you don’t know what to pray

Despite incredible fellowship and ministry

Energy is depleted and depression lurks in the corner

Lord, at those times what a comfort it is

To simply be in your presence

To be still and know your love

Thank you for that precious gift, Lord

In your mercy, hear this prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
