Evening Prayer – 17 November 2017

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

A day of ups and downs

A day of frustration and accomplishments

A day of sad farewells and travel

A day of tears and reflection

A day of laughter and love

So much, Lord, to walk through

Even as we walk through the Valley of the Shadows

Lord, you and your agents of grace walk with us

We are never truly alone

For love, caring, community, and support

We thank you, gracious God

For your light and presence in this journey

We thank you, gracious God

In your mercy, hear this prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
