Evening Prayer – 13 November 2017

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow

Another day in my hometown

A time of work, reflection, prayer, and support

Lord, the journey is often challenging

Lord, we don’t always see the way forward

Lord, we don’t always see the light in the darkness

For the times when we struggle, ease the burden

For the times when we wander, show us the way

For times when we weep, offer your comfort

For times when we doubt, strengthen our faith

Lord, in your mercy, hear this prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
