Evening Prayer – 2 November 2017

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

A day of incredibly emotional ups and downs

In the midst of it all, Lord, you remained present

A very help in times of difficulty 

A light along the path

A calm in the midst of the storm

For the evening’s quiet and calm we give thanks

For dear friends who are undergoing surgery we pray

We pray for your healing presence and touch

For those who watch or wait or weep this night, your strength 

Lord, in your mercy, hear this prayer 

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
