Evening Prayer – 21 October 2017

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

A full day indeed

Saying farewell to a dear member of our church

She and her family walked through a difficult Valley

The long goodbye is over and she is completely healed

A time as well of fellowship and sharing

So many stories of life and love and faith

Followed by an evening with dear friends 

Dinner and stories and sharing

A wonderful fundraiser with music and laughter

A full day indeed, Lord

Now as we prepare for rest

Hear this evening prayer 

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
