A busy Lord’s day

Worship, Music, Fellowship, Reflection

An opportunity to hear a powerful voice in our denomination 

An opportunity to reflect upon our calling 

An opportunity to reclaim the term Evangelical

Evangel

Good News, not arrogance or bigotry

Sharing the good news of how Christ works in our lives

How Christ works in the lives of others

How Christ frees folks from terror and fear mongering 

May our lives and our actions reflect

The love, justice, mercy, and peace of Christ

In the words of Dr King
“Love is the only force capable of transforming an enemy into a friend.”

With that thought in our hearts

And this prayer on our lips, we pray

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
