Evening Prayer – 30 August 2017

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

Lord, we needed a day of Sabbath rest

Lord, we needed to sense your comfort and presence 

Lord, we needed to simply be still and know

Thank you for sending this precious Doe to us

Thank you for the time off the beaten trail 

For those who are heavy upon my heart I pray

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
