Evening Prayer – 28 August 2017

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

My heart is heavy once again tonight, Lord

A dear friend weeps over his son’s losses in Houston 

Continuing health issues in the church family

#CancerSucks

Yet in the midst of it all, hope rises

A community supports, encourages, cares

Yeah though we walk through the Valley of the Shadows 

You are with us, Lord

Continue to guide us as we journey together 

Continue to comfort those who grieve 

Let your light continue to shine 

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
