The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

A long and exhausting day of ups and downs

Yet through it all, Lord, you have been present

For those who work through the night

For the medical teams who watch and care

For the patients who are under their care

Lord guide, protect, sustain, strengthen, and encourage

Be present, Lord, and reveal your love

Be present, Lord, and reveal your grace

Be present, Lord, and reveal your peace

Lord, in your mercy, hear this prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
