Evening Prayer – 4 July 2017

​

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

This year’s National celebration is nearly over

A day filled with service, fellowship, and reflection

While there is much work to be done

It is good to be surrounded by those who care

It is good to be with those who want to make a difference 

Lord, continue to guide us through the Wilderness

Lord, protect us from that which is bent on selfish destruction 

Lord, protect us from our very selves 

In your mercy, hear our prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem et in Terra

Grant Us Peace on Earth
