Evening Prayer – 2 July 2017

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

A long, yet good Lord’s day

Worship, Fellowship, Music, and Community

As well a time to pause and simply be

Lord, for this day, I give you thanks

At the same time I lift my heart and prayer to you

Prayers for victims of violence around the world

Prayers for those consumed by hatred and fear

Prayers for those who have nowhere to lay their head

Prayers for those who who serve those in the margins

Prayers for a world shattered and hurting

Lord, in your mercy, hear my prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem et in Terra 

Grant Us Peace on Earth
