Evening Prayer – 25 June 2017

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

Another Lord’s day complete

Worship and Fellowship, what a blessing

Sabbath rest after an incredibly busy week

And now, Lord, a time of rest

Be with those who work this night

Be with those who watch this night 

Be with those who weep this night

Give your angels charge over those who sleep

Tend the sick, Lord Christ

Give rest to the weary

Bless the dying

Soothe the suffering

Pity the afflicted

Shield the joyous

And all for your love’s sake

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
