The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

A wonderful time with friends comes to a close

The house is quiet as a restful moment descends

Thankful for this opportunity to be still

Thankful for your presence, Lord

Lifting prayers for those who are hurting, lost, alone

Lifting prayers for a world fractured by hatred and fear

Lifting prayers for those who want to make a difference

A prayer for those who want to share Your light, love, peace 

Dona Nobis Pacem et in Terra

Grant Us Peace on Earth
