Evening Prayer – 20 April 2017

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

A day of walking with those who are in hospital/rehabilitation 

A day of processing the world here and abroad 

A day of seeking your presence, Lord

A day of fellowship and prayer

Keep watch, dear Lord 

With those who work, or watch, or weep this night

Give your angels charge over those who sleep

Tend the sick, Lord Christ

Give rest to the weary

Bless the dying, soothe the suffering

Pity the afflicted, shield the joyous

All for your love’s sake

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem et in Terra

Grant Us Peace on Earth
