Easter Evening Reflection
A lone daffodil peeking out as a reminder
After a long, wonderful, and fulfilling Holy Week
After an amazing time of worship on Easter morning
After a very special time of worship at our Nursing Home
To relax and take a stroll
To enjoy the beauty of God’s creation
This flower reminded me once again
New life comes each spring
The snow melts and flowers bloom
A reminder of resurrection power
A reminder of the beauty around us
A reminder of God’s love in our midst
Now as we seek to recharge our batteries
Lord, let your hope spring anew
With its reminder of your promise from Jeremiah
“I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.” (Jeremiah 31:3)
Lord, help us to embrace and to share that love with all of your children
