The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

On the last night of Lent, we gather to pray

Tomorrow is Palm Sunday, Lord

In a world filled with violence and chaos 

We seek your love and your light 

In a world filled with fear and hatred

We seek your healing balm 

In a world that celebrates murder and destruction 

We seek to be instruments of your peace

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer 

Dona Nobis Pacem et in Terra 

Grant Us Peace on Earth
