Evening Prayer – 8 March 2017

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

Another crazy busy day today, Lord

I look back at lessons from the Practicing Sabbath class

Did I not learn anything, Lord?

Yes, Lord, I heard your voice calling

Spend time in prayer with Denise

Take a break from the office and paperwork

Come to my creation and rest a while

Rest, Reflect, Pray, Simply Be Still

Thank you, Lord, for calling me to return to your presence 

Thank you, Lord, for the wonder of this beautiful spot 

Thank you, Lord, for the time to be grounded

Now as the day draws to a close

I lift this humble prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
