The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

As we settle in for a night’s sleep

May you watch over our loved ones near and far

May you be with those who keep watch in the night

Comfort those who mourn

Bring your healing balm to those who suffer

Shine your light in the darkness of fear

Shine your love in the darkness of hate

Lord, let your light shine!

Dona Nobis Pacem Et in Terra 

Grant Us Peace on Earth
