Evening Prayer – 23 February 2017

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

The snow fell and plans were adjusted

Tonight was spent with dear friends who are family

Celebrating that which is good and gentle and kind

Supporting and encouraging one another

Prayerfully contemplating how to be a voice for hope

As the snow blankets and cleanses

May your love, O Lord, do the same 

Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer 

Dona Nobis Pacem et in Terra 

Grant Us Peace on Earth
