Evening Prayer – 20 February 2017

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

On days like today we give thanks for friends

We give thanks for brief times of respite

We give thanks for ministry opportunities 

May you guide us as we continue to serve

May your light shine in the midst of all storms

For those who work or watch or weep this night, O Lord

May your presence encourage and sustain

Lord, Grant Us a restful night

That we may be refreshed and renewed

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer 

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
