Evening Prayer – 4 January 2017

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

After a day of snow blowing on roads

After hugs and fond farewell to dear friends/family

Watching the snow continue to fall

We are all nestled, snug in our home

Thankful for time together

Thankful for the beautiful place where we live

Thankful for God’s blessings

Mindful of those who struggle and suffer

Praying that all may know the peace we have

For all of your children, Lord hear this prayer

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
