Evening Prayer – 7 November 2016

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

A long day of travel, study, and preparation

At Columbia Seminary tonight after our first session on Discernment 

We gathered in the chapel to pray

“Make your ways known to me, LORD; teach me your paths. Lead me in your truth—teach it to me— because you are the God who saves me. I put my hope in you all day lo‭‭ng.” — Psalm 25:4-5‬ ‭CEB‬

As we sang and prayed 

My soul lifted to you

A prayer for our nation on this election eve

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
