Evening Prayer – 15 October 2016

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

A walk along the river soothes the soul

Seeing these two resting by the pond

Reminds me to take time to be still

To rest in the beauty of your creation, Lord

Preparations for Sunday are complete

Thank you for your presence Lord

And now, as the evening draws to a close

I lift this humble prayer of my heart to you

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
