Evening Prayer – 6 September 2016

The sun has long ago set and the Vesper Lights flicker 

Reflecting on a day of fellowship and friends

Reflecting on time spent in God’s wondrous creation 

Thankful for friends and the opportunity to serve

Mindful of those who are in need of your healing touch, Lord

Mindful of those who mourn

Mindful of those stuck in darkness

Thankful that I can lift this humble prayer to you

Guide us through the night into your everlasting light

May we love with your heart, O Lord

May we serve as you call us to serve

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer 

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
