The Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

Our Evening Prayer lifts to you, O Lord

Many parishioner concerns weigh heavy on my heart

Concerns for our nation and world as well

Storms batter lives metaphorically as well as physically

So much that it can overwhelm 

Yet in the midst of the storm

You come to us, O Lord

Your hand reaches out with encouragement 

Your hand reaches out with love

Lord, come to all those in need

Lord, come to your children with comfort

Lord, come to your children with hope

Lord, come to your children with your healing

Lord, come to your children with your peace

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer 

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
