Evening Prayer – 27 August 2016

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

As we ponder a special anniversary 

A year ago we spent our first night as residents of Estes Park at the Stanley Hotel

Where has the time gone, Lord?

So much has happened

So many new friends made

So many wonderful opportunities to serve

With a profoundly grateful heart

I lift up my prayer of thanksgiving 

As well, I lift up my nightly prayer for all of your creation

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer 

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
