Another day is done as the Vesper Lights flicker 

Lifting a nation and world to you, Lord

Praying that your grace, mercy, and love might flow like Amos’ mighty stream

Praying for compassion, understanding, and reconciliation

Praying that swords would be beaten into plowshares and spears into pruning hooks

Praying that hatred and fear might be overcome by love and peace

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer 

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
