The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker 

Another full day of ministry & visitation 

Additionally, the heartbreaking news from France

A dear man who served God faithfully

Brutally murdered while celebrating Mass

Blessed be the memory of Fr Jacques Hamel

Memories of Archbishop Oscar Romero

Himself slaughtered at the altar

A loving servant of God brutally cut down

May eternal light shine on him, O Lord. 

with Thy saints for ever, because

Thou art merciful. 

Grant the dead eternal rest, O Lord,

and may perpetual light shine on them,
