Evening Prayer – 13 July 2016

The sun has set and the Vesper Lights flicker and glow 

Another wonderful day of ministry

Another wonderful day of fellowship with dear friends

And my beloved had come home from her journey

Enjoying the company

Enjoying the stories

Enjoying the peace

Lord, as we relax, help us to be mindful

Mindful of those who know only violence

Those who only know dissension

Those who only know hatred

Those who only know fear

In the midst of our own peace

May our prayer lift up for others

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer 

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
