The firelight flickers and dances

The flames remind me of your presence 

As the Vesper Lights are lit

We come before you, Lord

Asking a simple prayer this night

Be with us always, Lord

From the rising to the setting of the sun

And all through the watches of the night

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
