A long day’s spiritual journey is done

The Vesper Lights are lit

As the wind howls outside

We give thanks for comfort within

Help us always to be mindful

Mindful of those in need

In need of shelter from the storm

In need of healing 

In need of reconciliation

In need of comfort

In need of your love, O Lord

Lord, make us your instruments

Not of judgment and destruction

But rather of healing and reconciliation

Lord, make us instruments of your peace

Hear our prayer, O Lord

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
