On this night as the Vesper Lights are lit

Our prayers rise to you, O Lord

You call us to live in community

You call us to love our neighbor

You call us to work for peace and justice

You call us to love neighbor and even enemy

Thank you, Lord, for your promise

To walk with us and never leave us

May our efforts truly reflect your grace

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer 

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
