Evening Prayer – 28 December 2015

  
The Vesper lights are lit

The fireplace is glowing

We come before you, O Lord

Thankful for your many blessings

Thankful that your love knows no boundaries

Thankful that nobody is beyond your grace

Tonight we pray for those

Who live in poverty

Who are victims of warfare, violence, & greed

Help me to be always conscious that

While I live in comfort

Others do not…

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer

For all of your children around the world

Dona Nobis Pacem

Grant Us Peace
