The sun has set after a long, yet blessed day

The Vesper lights are lit

The fire is softly glowing

Lord, with a tired, yet contented heart

I come before you now

Asking for peaceful sleep

Asking for refreshment and renewal

Asking for your protection for a friend who is struggling

Asking for your guidance for all who are lost

Asking for your comfort for all who are hurting

Asking for your peace for the world you created

Dona Nobis Pacem
