On this night, Lord

As the Vesper lights are lit

As we sit before the fire

Seeking your presence and blessing

Hear our prayer, O Lord

As we pray for those who mourn

As we pray for those who wander in darkness

As we pray for those who are suffering

As we pray for those who are searching

As we pray for those who live in poverty

As we pray for those who live in the midst of war’s desolation

Hear our prayer, O Lord

Our prayer for healing

Our prayer for comfort

Our prayer for your guidance

Our prayer for your blessing

Dona Nobis Pacem 

Grant Us Peace
