The day is gone

Evening has come

The vesper light is lit

We come before you, Lord

With hope-filled hearts

Hope for today

Hope for tomorrow

Hope for those who suffer

Hope for those who mourn

Hope for those who are wandering

Hope for a world filled with hate

Hope for peace in the midst of war

Hope for healing for the broken
Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer
