What a day! Two worship services and my Installation as the pastor of Presbyterian Community Church of the Rockies! Kim preached an amazing sermon & my dear friend Ch, Col Carl Andrews, the Canon to the Ordinary for the Episcopal Diocese of Colorado delivered the charge to the pastor. All of this happened on the 28th Anniversary of my Ordination (27 September 1987)!

With a thankful heart

The Vesper lights are lit

As we watch the Super Moon Eclipse

Lord, your wonders overwhelm

With a full and grateful heart

I give you all thanks and praise
Yet while we rejoice we also remember

Those who mourn that they might find comfort

Those who are in need of your healing

May your healing hand be upon them

Those who live in places of conflict

That they may know your peace

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer
Dona Nobis Pacem
