Tonight, Lord I am thankful

For my call to ministry

For your call to service

For the constant reminders of your grace

Tomorrow is a new installation

27 years after my ordination

Thank you for friends who surround me

With love, prayers, and presence

For a partner in life and ministry
As we celebrate, Lord

Bless the suffering

Soothe those who mourn

Be with the dying

May your peace

May your grace

May your mercy… Prevail
