Evening Prayer – 22 September 2015
Another full day… Closed on our Condo in Estes Park, busy day at church, two upcoming funerals (this Friday and next Friday) for former members, and the premier of an awesome Indie Film (Cold Water) at the Historic Park Theatre in Estes Park (it was filmed in Estes Park)…
Lord, as the night descends
As the moon shines overhead
As the Elk “bugle” in the distance
We pause to reflect on the day
The deer remind me of your presence
The mountains remind me of your grandeur
The river reminds me of your love
Blessed are those who mourn
For they shall be comforted
Guide those who seek your path
What a privilege it is to serve you
To walk humbly with your children
To share your love, grace, and mercy
Dona Nobis Pacem
Grant Us Peace
Well, it’s morning, but the prayer still moves me.
Can’t wait to meet you and to officiate at your wedding ❤️❤️
