On this Lord’s day I pause

Pause to give thanks for life

Pause to give thanks for love

Pause to give thanks for grace

Pause to give thanks for peace
With the setting of the sun

With the lighting of the vesper light

Lord, grant us a peaceful night and a perfect end
Dona Nobis Pacem
