Tonight, O Lord, we thank you for small world connections
We thank you for casual conversations that reveal amazing ties
We thank you for the reminder that we are all sisters and brothers

Help us, dear Lord, each and every day
To remember our connections and not our differences
To remember your blessings and not our artificial boundaries

Thank you, O Lord, for the reminder that we are yours
That we are at the end of the day, sisters and brothers
Remind us, O Lord, that your peace, grace, and mercy are ours
That your peace, grace and mercy, bind us together
