 As the sun sets, O Lord

Hear our prayer

As we look to the day that is past
Forgive us for the ways we failed you

As we look to the day that is past
Bless those who need comforting

As we look to the day that is ahead
Teach us to see your presence

As we look to the day that is ahead
Guide us along your pathway of service

As we look to the day that ahead
Show us how to be your faithful servants

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer
