With the setting of the sun
We give thanks, O Lord
For your protection through the day
For your promise of never leaving us
For your love that knows no bounds
For your forgiveness that is new every day
For your guidance along life’s pathway
We give thanks, O Lord
For the blessings of this life
For your grace, mercy, and peace
We give you thanks, O Lord
