Christmas Day…

Yesterday was rainy and gloomy
Yet the light came through
The light of Christmas Candles
Dispelling the darkness of night
Tears flowed as memories flooded
A heart full as around the Lord’s Table we gathered

This morning the clouds are gone
The sunlight flows through the window pane
Love came down at Christmas
The light overcomes the darkness
Memories of Christmases past linger
Tears will continue to come

Tears of joy for the many blessings
Memories of love and laughter
New memories will be made this day
As around the table we gather
Family present and in my heart
Christmas is here… God bless us, every one ❤️
